Terms of use
Welcome to AbbaComms AI, an AI-powered organizational communication workspace from AbbaComms. It is part of the broader AbbaComms ecosystem of digital products and innovation initiatives.

1. The Service
AbbaComms AI is designed to help organizations create professional communications using organizational information, reference materials, communication preferences, and artificial intelligence. The service may include organizational onboarding, organizational memory, document retrieval, AI-assisted communication drafting, draft refinement, source attribution, review workflows, communication history, and other capabilities introduced over time. Features and functionality may evolve as the service develops.
2. Accounts and Organization Workspaces
To use certain features, you may need to create an account or join an organization workspace. You are responsible for providing accurate account and organization information; maintaining the accuracy of information provided to the service; protecting your login credentials; ensuring that users accessing your organization’s workspace are authorized; and notifying AbbaComms of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents. You must not share account credentials in a manner that compromises the security of your account or organization.
3. Organizational Information and Uploaded Content
You may provide information about your organization, including business descriptions, products, services, audiences, communication preferences, brand information, documents, previous communications, and other reference materials. You remain responsible for the content you provide. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide such information to AbbaComms AI. You must not upload or submit material that you are not authorized to use or process.
4. Organizational Memory
AbbaComms AI may maintain organization-specific information to provide more relevant and consistent assistance. Organizational memory may include information such as organizational profile information; products and services; target audiences; brand voice and communication preferences; approved reference information; uploaded documents; and other organization-specific information provided through the service. Organizational information is designed to remain associated with the relevant organization and workspace. AbbaComms AI does not intentionally use one organization’s private organizational information as another organization’s organizational context.
5. AI-Generated Content
AbbaComms AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with the creation and refinement of communication content. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, inaccurate information, inappropriate wording, or unintended interpretations. Generated content should therefore be treated as an assistive draft, not as automatically verified information. Before using generated content, you are responsible for reviewing, as appropriate: factual accuracy; names and recipients; dates and figures; tone and intended meaning; claims and references; attachments; formatting; and compliance with your organization’s policies and applicable requirements. AbbaComms AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, accounting, or other professional advice.
6. Human Review and Approval
AbbaComms AI is designed around human control. AI-generated content is not automatically sent, published, or delivered to external recipients. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before deciding to send, publish, distribute, or otherwise use it. Any external communication made using content generated by the service remains the responsibility of the user or organization making that communication.
7. Source Attribution
Where source attribution is provided, it is intended to help users understand the organizational information or reference material considered during generation. Source attribution does not guarantee that the generated content is factually correct or that every statement in a draft is supported by a cited source. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use AbbaComms AI only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; attempt to access another organization’s workspace or information; circumvent authentication or security controls; probe, scan, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure; upload malicious code, malware, or harmful material; use the service to facilitate fraud, deception, or unlawful activity; abuse service limits or deliberately disrupt service availability; or attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or improperly access the underlying systems. AbbaComms may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, organizations, or third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
AbbaComms AI, including its software, interface, product design, branding, trademarks, underlying technology, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to AbbaComms and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, AbbaComms grants you a limited right to access and use the service for legitimate organizational or business purposes. You retain rights in content and materials that you provide to the service, subject to the rights necessary for AbbaComms to operate and provide the service.
10. Your Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use generated communication drafts for your organization’s legitimate purposes. Because AI-generated content may contain errors or similarities to other generated material, AbbaComms does not guarantee that every generated output will be unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for determining whether and how generated content should be used.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
AbbaComms processes information in accordance with the AbbaComms AI Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, data retention, security practices, rights, and other privacy matters. By using AbbaComms AI, you acknowledge that information may be processed as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
AbbaComms AI may rely on third-party providers for services such as authentication; cloud hosting; database infrastructure; artificial intelligence and model processing; document or file storage; security; and other technical infrastructure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. AbbaComms may change service providers where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
13. Service Availability
AbbaComms aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that AbbaComms AI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to the Service
AbbaComms may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Planned features, roadmap items, demonstrations, or descriptions of future capabilities do not constitute a promise that a particular feature will become available. Where appropriate, material changes affecting users will be communicated through reasonable channels.
15. Suspension and Termination
AbbaComms may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms; misuse of the service; security concerns; unlawful activity; threats to the service or other users; or circumstances requiring the service or an account to be discontinued. Where reasonably appropriate, users will receive notice before termination.
16. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AbbaComms AI is provided as an AI-assisted productivity and communication service. AbbaComms does not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, free from errors, or appropriate for a particular audience or communication. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content and for decisions made or communications sent using the service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AbbaComms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to use of the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Changes to These Terms
AbbaComms may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where required, users will be given appropriate notice of material changes.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the relationship between AbbaComms and the user, subject to any mandatory legal requirements applicable to the user or organization. Specific contractual or jurisdictional provisions may apply to commercial or enterprise agreements where separately agreed.
